• Farm Management Module – This module allows you to track data by employee, by data function, and by field farm role and responsibility. It also allows you to update the grower data to the General Ledger, allowing for maximum data information for each grower and farm to determine the revenues and expenses.
• Commodity Forecast System – Lets growers plan by commodity, plant date, and estimated harvest dates, which can then be categorized by size and delivery locations.
• Grower/Shipper Settlements – Allows for fully integrated grower and shipper settlements along with the ability to handle multiple settlement methods with flexible charge capabilities. Our Grower Ledger module also lets you track revenues and expenses charged to each grower’s account.
• Production Planning and Processing – Unique functionality that lets you to plan production based on production resource availability and will create Tentative Purchase Orders based on EOQ when inventory shortages are forecasted through the production plan. • Business Intelligence Reporting & Dashboard – This tool allows users to view and analyze data through either a graphical Dashboard or reporting tools to create meaningful executive reports such as KPI’s, Exception Monitors, and Sales Analysis by Customer, Product and Salesperson.
• Sales Order Processing – Offers full order functionality with real-time Available-For-Sell Inventory. It also provides traceability based on pallet and grower information as the order flows directly to Shipping and Invoicing. Additional features include Price Lists, Promotions, Rebates, Misc. Charges, Brokerage, Delivered Freight, Full Credit Checking and Order Messaging.
• A/P, G/L and Payroll (including H-2A) – Our financial package, featuring Accounts Payables, General Ledger, and Payroll processing, was designed specifically for Agribusiness. Accounts Payable and General Ledger updates the Farm Management data to provide real-time expenses for the organization as well as specific farms and orchards. Additional features also include recognition of grower advances in real-time to track all grower related activities and H-2A and Piecework Payroll processing.
• Transportation Management – Allows organizations to assign Freight and hire carriers while providing the opportunity for businesses to charge the customer actual shipping and fees charged by your business. It also provides the ability to track Railex movements while the product is in transit.
